Interview Idea
I have an interview idea, the problem is that I am not sure what questions I should ask. The idea is to invite my moderators onto my show - all of the ones that have been with me for a decent period of time and ask them each 3-5 questions. I think that it is an interesting and fun idea. The problem I have is - what are the questions? I’m not sure what the questions should be. What do you think would be some interesting questions for me to ask my own staff?

oops, sorry, got so excited I forgot to say what questions could be asked.
If you are the only moderator online and you get a troublesome poster, but the poster is not posting in your board, what do you do?
Have you ever deleted (hard delete so it can not be retrieved) anything you wish you hadn’t, either by accident or in the “heat of the moment”?
how do you handle members who criticize you within your position, for example state that you are on a “power trip” or that you abuse your power as moderator?

Thanks for the comments. :) I’m glad you like it.
Thanks also for the questions. The problem is that I can answer all of those questions because our staff guiidelines detail two of those three. On the first, they take care of it. On the third, they post the message in the Problem Users thread and allow me to handle it (usually with a ban). On the second one, yes. :) So, I’m not sure what I can ask them that I wouldn’t be able to tell you.
Thanks again.
